John O'Malley, Chief Executive Officer
John O’Malley is an expert in developing high performing companies and helping financial institutions solve important business challenges. His broad execution, leadership and strategic planning skills have helped Mr. O’Malley drive innovation and operational excellence at several influential financial services technology companies. Prior to joining Memento, John served as President and CEO of Harland Financial Solutions, where he grew the business from $17M to over $300M. Additionally, John’s leadership led to significant growth at Fiserv where he served as President of the CBS Division and also at Hogan Systems (acquired by Computer Sciences Corp.) where he was Executive Vice President of International Operations.
John holds a computer science degree from New York University.
Steve Wasserman, Chief Financial Officer
Steve comes to Memento as a seasoned Chief Financial Officer with a broad base of public and private company experience. He has led the accounting, financial planning and analysis, investor relations and human resources functions for several high technology companies. Prior to joining Memento, Steve served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Constant Contact, a leading provider of email marketing solutions. He co-led the company's $123 million IPO and its $83 million secondary offering, and was part of the executive team that drove compound annual revenue growth of 72% since 2005.
Steve has experience in enterprise software and healthcare, and helped lead the financial strategies as the former Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Med-i-Bank, Inc., and at ON Technology Corporation. He has also held leadership positions at The Pioneer Group, Inc., GTECH Holdings Corporation and EG&G, Inc.
Steve holds a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from Babson College.
Mike Braatz, Senior Vice President & General Manager
Mike comes to Memento with extensive strategy, marketing and business development experience. As SVP and GM, Mike is responsible for Memento's overall corporate strategy and directs all product management, marketing and business development functions across the company.
Prior to Memento, Mike was Vice President of Marketing at Bluesocket. He was also Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at PanGo, where he built strategic partnerships and directed all product and corporate marketing efforts. His first entrepreneurial experience was as Co-Founder and Vice President of Business Development at Optiant, responsible for launching the company's supply chain planning and optimization solutions and managing strategic alliances. Before Optiant, Mike was a consultant at Bain & Company working with clients in the enterprise software, financial services and manufacturing industries. He started his career as an Officer in the U.S. Air Force, where he attained the rank of Captain and was decorated for outstanding leadership and performance.
Mike earned a B.A. in mathematics from Northwestern University and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management.
Ellen Nussbaum, Senior Vice President of Client Services
Ellen leads the Client Services team responsible for the success and satisfaction of Memento’s customers. This includes implementing Memento solutions and partnering with clients to to achieve optimal fraud prevention results.
Prior to joining Memento, Ellen led Professional Services organizations at ProfitLogic, Oracle, and M-Factor, all of which were, like Memento, focused on applying advanced analytics to help customers achieve improved business results. Ellen previously served as VP of Strategic Planning and VP of Business Development at Staples, Inc., and as a Consultant at Bain & Company.
Ellen holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from Harvard University.
Maria Loughlin, Vice President of Engineering
As VP of Engineering, Maria manages the definition, development, delivery, and support of Memento’s products. Maria and the engineering team apply best-in-class software methodologies, including test driven development and lightweight agile practices, to ensure that high-value features are consistently delivered to Memento’s customers with high quality.
Maria is an accomplished technology executive who has transformed concepts into best-in-class products in data management, employee management, and multimedia fields for 15+ years. Prior to joining Memento, Maria managed the development of multiple products in Kronos’ Workforce Management suite. Maria was an early employee of FutureTense and a leading contributor to Open Market’s flagship web content management interface, rated No.1 by Forrester Research. Early in her career, Maria researched biomedical image visualization technologies at Digital’s Cambridge Research Lab.
Maria holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Brown University.
Ken Lawrence, Vice President of Sales
Ken is responsible for driving revenue growth for Memento through both direct and partner channels. Ken has had great success generating revenue and building sales teams for startups and established companies that specialize in enterprise applications and analytics. Ken spent the early part of his career selling and managing application delivery projects and has transferred that focus on customer success into his team’s selling methodology.
Ken has held a variety of sales leadership positions; most recently with transaction processing provider Wincor Nixdorf, startup data management provider Dataupia, and over seven years in various sales leadership roles at SAS Institute.
Ken holds a M.S. in Computer Science from Boston University and a B.S. in Computer Science from Clarkson University.
