Each training program is designed to help customers derive maximum value from Memento solutions and is highly recommended for analysts, investigators, managers, operations and technical staff. Upgrade training is also available after a major product release. In addition, Memento offers advanced, customized, technical training for those customers who wish to administer all aspects of the system post implementation. Courses are typically delivered following installation of the Memento solutions.
