Former bank employee sentenced for stealing from customer account

A 22 year-old Mission man will face three years in prison for bank fraud and theft by a bank employee. Erik Alfred Constante of Mission was convicted of forging the signature of an International Bank of Commerce customer on a debit slip. He used that slip to withdraw about $100,000s from the customer's bank account.
