Police seek help in identifying bank fraud culprit

Montgomery County police are seeking help in identifying a culprit in a bank fraud ring. Detectives said the group has been using fake El Salvadoran passports and numerous aliases to open fraudulent bank accounts and then write bad checks on the newly opened accounts. The group is responsible for stealing more than $50,000.
