Sixth arrest made in check scheme

A sixth person has been arrested in connection with a counterfeit check-cashing scheme authorities believe was orchestrated by an African immigrant. Investigators are attempting to build a federal case around Mensah-Yawson, who is being held on state charges he stole more than $50,000 from three companies using checks he created on his home computer.
