A con man who made illegal cash withdrawals from Bank of America branches across the country pleaded guilty Monday to bank fraud. Larry Mahomes, 58, of California was caught May 14 when he tried to withdraw $3,300 from a Bank of America branch in Oklahoma City using a counterfeit Connecticut driver's license and a counterfeit credit card. "Mahomes admitted to traveling to Oregon, Washington, Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Kansas to assume the identities of other people and withdraw funds from their Bank of America accounts,†a U.S. Secret Service agent reported.
