Detroit Lakes Man Accused of Misusing Mom's Debit Card

Jordan Scott Fisk, 21, of 31193 Highway 34, Detroit Lakes has been charged in Becker County District Court with felony financial transaction card fraud, $2,500 or more. On July 6, a woman reported to the Detroit Lakes police that someone had been using her Wells Fargo debit card without permission. She lost her card in mid June and investigation revealed that about $4,500 was missing from her account. Fisk, the victim's son, allegedly admitted using the card to withdraw $600 and being with another person, identified only as J.K.C., a number of times that the card was used.
