A bank account draining scam unfolded in Chickamauga the day after Christmas. It was a calculated "phishing" scam, block called where the culprits call with a con seeking critical information. A man's recorded message claiming to be from the Bank of Chickamauga informed customers their A-T-M cards were restricted and gave them a number to call.
