A 21-year-old California woman who was caught with stolen U.S. Treasury checks and counterfeit ID cards in her underwear has pleaded guilty to her role in a bank fraud scheme that spanned several Western states. Marisol Medina-Aviles of Los Angeles appeared in federal court in Billings on Wednesday and pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit bank fraud and aggravated identity theft. She and four others were charged in an eight-count indictment.
