It's an elaborate scheme. Someone gets a hold of your account information makes a few fake checks, and using your money they make thousands of dollars in purchases. The victims of this crime hope their story can spare you the same frustration. "It's invading, you think you are doing everything right, but it's the little things you miss." said James Yeung, who says he got an expensive surprise last month after opening his bank statement to discover someone used his checking information to rack up nearly 400 dollars in fraudulent charges.
