Oregon City parking meter attendant arrested in Internet scam

A city parking-meter attendant has been arrested in connection with what police are calling a $39,000 Internet scam. Gary Anthony Stewart, 40, of Milwaukie is set to be arraigned today in Clackamas County Circuit Court Jail on charges of first-degree theft and computer crimes. He is being held in the Clackamas County Jail, with bail set at $30,000. Clackamas County sheriff's deputies arrested Stewart Tuesday after an investigation involving an account at a Wilsonville branch of Key Bank.
