Two busted in Durham ATM tampering scam

Two men are facing fraud charges after an investigation into alleged tampering with automatic teller machines at banks in Pickering and Oshawa. The suspects -- one from Toronto, the other a Montreal man -- were arrested by Durham fraud investigators Thursday as they were being released from custody at a Toronto courthouse.
