Attributing its information to both the FBI and other "law-enforcement sources,†Fox 5 in New York reported on Tuesday that the ring pulled $9 million out of more than 130 ATMs in some 49 cities around the world over a 30-minute period just after midnight Eastern time on Nov. 8
