A federal grand jury in Baton Rouge indicted three out-of-state residents arrested in West Feliciana Parish after a deputy found their car loaded with merchandise and gift cards purchased with stolen credit card information.Freeman found shopping bags filled with new merchandise, receipts for credit card purchases, more than $2,500 worth of gift cards, a laptop computer and a credit card encoding device, the Secret Service agent said in the statement.
