A Smith County, Texas Bank of America teller pleaded guilty in federal court to embezzling about $145,000. He faces up to 30 years in prison and could be ordered to pay restitution to the victims. Beginning in 1995 and continuing until Dec. 5, 2007, in Smith County, Rock willfully embezzled $145,000 from the federal insured institution.
