Two Bank of America employees have been charged with conspiracy to commit bank fraud. Federal prosecutors filed charges Thursday against Taylor Jones and a second co-conspirator identified only as C.F. Federal prosecutors said the Bank of America employees allegedly transferred tens of thousands of dollars from customers' accounts without their knowledge to accounts at other banks.
