Barbour Co. Woman Indicted by Federal Grand Jury on Bank Fraud Charges

A federal grand jury in Elkins, has indicted a Barbour County woman accused of taking money from the First Central Bank in Philippi, on 12 felony counts. Prosecutors say Patricia Poe, 48, stole more than $350,000 between July 1998 and December 2003. Poe faces charges of bank fraud, embezzlement, and misapplication of bank funds.
