Springfield Police Seek Debit-Card Crook

The victim requested a debit card from her bank. After several days she had still not received the card or PIN number. She later received a bank statement showing the card had been used several times at various ATMs in Springfield. Several thousand dollars had been removed from the account before she was able to notify the bank.
