A former Penn Hills woman was indicted by a federal grand jury in Pittsburgh on a charge of bank fraud.
Theresa Thornhill, 34, is accused of defrauding Huntington Bank by opening accounts under other people's names, making fake deposits into the accounts, and then withdrawing the money before the bank could stop the transactions, according to federal prosecutors. The Secret Service and Postal Inspection Service conducted the investigation.
