Rancho Cordova merchant pleads guilty to bank fraud charges

Huyen T. Le, 35, of Rancho Cordova pleaded guilty Monday to charges of bank fraud and hiding cash payments, U.S. Attorney Lawrence G. Brown announced Monday.
According to a news release from the U.S. Attorney's office, Le admitted he used credit cards belonging to other people and his own business' merchant card account to force transactions over set credit card limits. His business was Tender Nails and Hair.
