$1 Million
A bank worker who tried to steal £1.2 million was caught when police used a Scout handbook to crack his code. Ansir Khan, 22, encrypted details of accounts before passing them to accomplices. To avoid being caught by managers, Khan wrote down customers' details in a complicated code, substituting the letters in their names for symbols and numbers.
