A Fort Wayne man faces 14 charges after he wrote checks for money he didn't have in his account, according to Allen Superior Court records filed Tuesday. Terry Finney, 21, of the 1000 block of West Coliseum Boulevard, is charged with 12 counts of check fraud and two counts of attempted check fraud. He was being held in lieu of $35,000 bail.
