Man Dressed as Woman Wanted for Check Fraud

Delaware State Police are looking for a man who dresses as a woman and is passing bad checks throughout the state and southeastern Pennsylvania. Police say the suspect has been cashing and depositing fraudulent checks at various banks. He is described as black with a thin build and short hair.Anyone who may know the suspect's identity should call detectives at (302) 834-2630, ext. 325.
