A New Hampshire woman has been sentenced to 37 months in prison and five years probation for bank fraud. Thirty-one-year-old Kelly Ludwick of Concord was sentenced Monday in federal court. She previously pleaded guilty to one count of bank fraud in July. The investigation began after an employee of the Bank of America notified law enforcement of a suspicious payroll check from a local construction company. Authorities say Ludwick had been employed for a brief time with the company when she presented a forged check made payable to herself for $120,600.
