State Police Investigate ATM Fraud

Thieves are targeting ATMs using customers' information to withdraw thousands of dollars. Police say it most recently happened to 100 people in Carroll County. Maryland State Police say two photographed men are ATM skimmers, possibly stealing $30,000 from Bank of America customers in Eldersburg.
