Five people have been charged in a conspiracy in which a Bank of America employee allegedly transferred tens of thousands of dollars in customers' accounts to other banks, court records show. The employee, Noelle Bronson, a customer-service representative at the bank's call center in San Francisco, has been charged with bank fraud. Federal prosecutors filed charges Tuesday against Edwood Fields, saying he worked with Bronson and several other people to fraudulently obtain funds. Bronson impersonated Bank of America account holders and transferred $10,003 apiece from several accounts to accounts at other banks, prosecutors said.
