Federal Reserve employee pleads guilty in $1M scheme

A federal bank information analyst from Elm Park has admitted he stole his fellow employees' identities so he and his brother could apply for more than $1 million in student and boat loans. Curtis Wiltshire, 34, committed the fraud from 2006 and 2008, while he was working as an information and technical analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in lower Manhattan.
