The ringleader of an identity theft and check fraud ring is behind bars after stealing hundreds of identities and thousands of dollars, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement said. State agents laid out evidence Thursday afternoon, including hundreds of checks, fake IDs and stolen cash. Leonard Malone, 38, was arrested Wednesday night after agents said he just could not stop stealing.
