Man gets prison for ATM skimming in Atlanta

A second Bulgarian man is headed to federal prison for stealing bank card numbers and passwords through a skimming device he and a partner connected to Bank of America ATM's in metro Atlanta. Nikolay Nikolov, 24, was late Tuesday to serve more than four and a half years in federal prison on multiple felony charges for conspiring to steal the bank debit card numbers and passwords of more than 200 people. He also must pay $64,876 in restitution. He was convicted of these charges on July 30, after pleading guilty to conspiracy, access device fraud, and aggravated identity theft.
