A high-tech crook will spend the next 90 days in jail despite his lawyer's plea to let him serve his time on weekends so he could keep working. Spartak Petrov, 38, pleaded guilty Wednesday to six counts of possessing an instrument for forging credit cards and five charges of defrauding the Bank of Montreal in Windsor of not more than $5,000. He stole bank information from unwitting ATM users with a technique called skimming.
