Fraud artists swipe debit card info, cash

Imagine going to spend some of your hard-earned money at the grocery store or other retail outlet, but when you get there you realize your entire bank account has been cleaned out.
This was a reality for several town residents this past weekend, when about 15 cases were reported to the Niagara Regional Police.
