Four Brooklyn men were arrested over the weekend after police say they used fraudulent traveler's checks at Target to get thousands of dollars in cash. Justin Ian Hutchinson, 23, Odelton Louis-Jean, 21, Kareem P. Best, 22, and Ted Solages, 22, were each arraigned on 33 charges in Marlborough District Court yesterday. Someone at Target told police on Friday that suspicious men were going in and out of the store, buying cheap items with $100 traveler's checks and getting the rest back in cash, Detective Martha Shea said.
