Police arrested two men Tuesday night on suspicion of identity theft after they installed a skimming device and camera in an ATM in a shopping center, authorities said. Illinois residents Boyan Salha, 32, and Stoyan Georgiev, 33, were arrested for allegedly stealing accounts and PINs using a skimming device from an ATM at 1830 E. Route 66, Glendora police Sgt. Scott Strong said.
