A Southern Shores man was sentenced to serve 37 months in federal prison for his use of a website to collect personal information and make unauthorized purchases. Anthony Joseph Cundiff, 20, pleaded guilty to bank fraud, mail fraud and access device fraud in January, a news release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of North Carolina said.
