Oregon bank manager surrenders in Los Angeles

A former Coos Bay, Ore., bank manager accused of stealing as much as $1.2 million from customers has surrendered in Los Angeles. FBI spokeswoman Beth Anne Steele says Shawna Leimomi Moore-Saia walked into the FBI's Los Angeles office on Monday, two months after a federal judge issued an arrest warrant. She is sought on charges of aggravated identity theft, credit card fraud, wire fraud, bank fraud and money laundering.
