Preacher Arrested Again Accused Of Fraud

The man at the center of a Consumer Watch investigation has been arrested again. Edmond police arrested Baron Hopgood Wednesday afternoon for fraud. The Consumer Watch team first exposed Hopgood -- a preacher and businessman -- in July 2009. Hopgood is accused of writing bad checks to his employees and to a church in Fort Worth. He's also accused of writing bad checks in Lawton where he moved the Cavalry basketball team when he was part owner.
