Romanian man pleads guilty to bank fraud

A Romanian man who came to Western Pennsylvania with plans to steal from local bank accounts -- and did so, to the tune of six figures -- pleaded guilty to bank fraud on Wednesday in U.S. District Court and faces as much as five years in prison.
