A man says he will plead guilty to stealing money from the bank account of a Fargo man. Jeremy Holmes is charged in federal court with three counts, including conspiracy to commit bank fraud. He was arrested in Chicago in September. Authorities say the 22-year-old Holmes stole the personal identification and account information of Steven Bagan, and used it to obtain more than $50,000. Holmes faces a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison and a $1 million fine. Sentencing is set for June 14.
