A former Beverly Hills real estate appraiser has been sentenced to three years in federal prison for her role in a massive mortgage fraud. A federal judge in Los Angeles sentenced Lila Rizk on Friday and ordered her to pay part of $46 million in restitution to Bank of America and other lenders. Prosecutors say the 42-year-old woman was part of a ring that obtained dozens of inflated mortgage loans for homes in wealthy Southern California neighborhoods, including Beverly Hills and La Jolla.
