An admitted con man again owned up to trying to defraud people of cash, pleading guilty Tuesday in federal court to bank fraud. Douglas Martin, 60, formerly of New Mexico, had been on a three-year stint on federal supervised release after pleading guilty to trying to con a Fort Wayne woman on an Internet dating site. But while Martin was still under the court's supervision, a U.S. District Court grand jury in Fort Wayne indicted him on four counts of bank fraud and one count of false representation of an assigned Social Security number.
