A Gloucester County woman allegedly stole almost $1.4 million by submitting bogus bills to her employer for seven years, then directing payments to a personal bank account, federal authorities said Friday. Angela I. Borrelli, 51, of Woolwich is accused of exploiting her position as assistant corporate controller at GF Management Inc., a Philadelphia-based hotel operator, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office here.
