Mortgage fraud ringleader gets prison, forfeits cars, yachts

The ringleader of a $47 million mortgage fraud scheme was sentenced Friday to five years in prison, and he and his co-defendants were ordered to forfeit luxury cars, a yacht and bank accounts worth millions. Viktor Kobzar, 32, of Federal Way, a mortgage broker, also was sentenced to three years of supervised release after his prison term.
