Pike Co. lumber company owner sentenced to three years in prison for fraud

A Waverly businessman was sentenced Tuesday to pay $2.4 million in restitution and serve three years in prison for fraud. The sentence for Terry A. Robbins, 48, handed down Tuesday by U.S. District Court Senior Judge James L. Graham also included five years of post-release supervision and forfeiture of $99,120.
