Police: Two commit bank fraud

Penn Township Police filed charges against two men they say were depositing empty envelopes into a bank's ATM and withdrawing money they didn't have in the first place. A Susquehanna Bank employee at the 1345 Baltimore St. branch reported the incident to police after Ronald Lee Fleming Jr., 40, of 23 Garden Lane, opened an account and made six fraudulent deposits and withdrawals, according to court documents. Fleming opened the account on Aug. 21, and subsequently removed all money from it, court documents state.
