$1 Million
NCUA said yesterday it barred from the industry Christine McLamb, the 73-year-old former loan director at Health Facilities FCU, after she was convicted last year of a $1 million theft from the Florence, S.C., credit union.
McLamb, who was sentenced to five years in federal prison, created about 90 loans in members' names, then kept the money for herself.
