The former manager of a failed Billings car dealership has been sentenced to 14 months in prison for keeping quiet about a scheme that defrauded lenders and customers out of hundreds of thousands of dollars. Jody Stephens appeared in federal court Wednesday after pleading guilty in April to hiding knowledge of felony mail fraud. The 48-year-old Stephens was manager, comptroller and part owner of Incredible Auto Sales LLC.
