A Richmond couple face up to 32 years in prison for using stolen debit and credit cards for purchases and cash withdrawals. Forty-four-year-old Kenneth Morris and 43-year-old Bernice Morris pleaded guilty in federal court Friday to conspiracy to commit bank fraud and aggravated identity theft. They will be sentenced May 26. According to authorities, Kenneth Morris stole wallets at unsecured office complexes, and his wife called victims posing as a bank employee. Bernice Morris told victims there was suspicious activity on their cards and persauded them to provide their personal identification numbers, which her husband then used at ATMs or to make purchases.
