Woman charged with more than 40 counts of bank fraud

Myrtle Beach police charged 48-year-old Carolyn Collenton Williams from Georgetown with 43 counts of a federally chartered or insured financial institution crime. A police report says Williams was an in-home health care provider for a woman whose checks were stolen.
