Ex Texas Judge Associate Charged with Wire Fraud

An associate of a disgraced former South Texas judge who accepted $250,000 in bribes has been charged with wire fraud.
The FBI says 52-year-old Jose Manuel Longoria, who's from Mexico but legally lives in San Benito, faced a detention hearing Tuesday in Brownsville.
