I am a victim of debit card fraud

Total Loss:
$1400
Today I check my bank account and I had only $50 in it. A charge of $1400 showed up when I went through the charges. I have the one and only debit card from this bank in my wallet. I live in Alabama and the charge was made at a restaurant in Houston, TX.
